Semi-Automatic Electronic Tape Dispenser Continually Helps Increase Production

The ZCM1000 can dispense tapes with widths ranging from .28 to 2” and can be easily programmed to dispense exact lengths between .79 and 39”. With an accuracy of +/- .04”, the programmable length feature saves countless hours of manual measuring and virtually eliminates the possibility of human error, meaning less tape is wasted and every single cut is accurate.

 

Along with a high degree of accuracy, this taping machine boasts several notable features, including easy LED digital length adjustment, an adjustable pressure roller for different thickness' of tape, and HSS cutting blades. The push button feed and cut capability allows for the machine to be operated manually, while the photocell actuated feed mechanism allows the machine to also operate semi-automatically and dispense a piece of tape each time a piece is taken from it.

 

The ZCM1000 family of dispensers also includes several different modified machines geared towards certain types of tapes, like flimsy and glass cloth tapes, extra narrow tapes, and thin tapes. Despite the complexity of certain tapes and their uses, there are ZCM1000s that can solve virtually any application.
