zcM1000P504 Replacement Instructions 

1. Remove 4 each P233 screws and 1 each P106 knob, then lift cover from tape dispenser.
2. Unplug connectors from P111 transformer, P187 cut motor, P435 feed motor and P200 cut head inlet.
3. Unscrew 3 each P232 screws and 1 each P239 screw that mount board to machine.
4. Remove board by tilting it forward and lifting it out toward the back of the machine.
5. Place new board into machine and mount in same place as old board.
6. Reconnect all transformer, motors and inlet. Replace cover.
